老闆人很好，服務人員也熱情，可以免費停車，酒店內環境不錯，位置處於市中心，逛街吃飯都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，這個性價比挺合適。

沒想到還挺好的，很乾凈，態度也好，這個價格值了。床品也軟硬適中，舒服。早晨還逛了農貿市場，熱鬧，價格不變以後還住。

相當糟糕的體驗，十點左右到店，房間在二樓，樓下是燒烤店，打開門就聞到燒烤爐的碳焦味，起初以為是沒關窗導致的，關後一小時味道依然很大（排氣扇也是壞的，當然，好的話更加會把外面廢氣吸進來），和酒店交涉，店方説客滿沒房間就不管了，凌晨2點半味道更大，判斷還有燒烤店的排風機的聲音（起初以為是空調），不得不在凌晨兩點半退房回車上睡，我真不知道這家店的好評怎麼刷來的！

酒店的位置特別好，我們正巧趕在福鼎跨年，樓下就是桐山大橋的江邊，跨年夜超級熱鬧！酒店的老闆也特別的大方熱情，我們玩的比較晚，給我們延遲退房了！房間的衞生搞得也特別好，很乾凈的！茶吧有送特色白茶，很香，很好喝。附近也特別多地道的美食老店很好吃。朋友們放心沖，這裡會讓你的福鼎之行更開心的！
